I need to commend two great people

Walking into Tygervalley spur today for a afternoon snack before the movies and going to have supper there after the movies because of great service by a guy named Lorenzo. He had a waiters shirt on when he served us but after all the tables left that he served he went to put on his managers shirt and I was shocked and asked him why he did it and he said spur was under staffed and he jumped in. Well we need more Pro-active Lorenzo's in Spur. He was great then we left and came back and Bradley served us supper with a smile and Lorenzo even came to ask how the movie was and Bradley despite the kitchen messing up he gave us service with his wonderful humour and warm smile. Lorenzo sorted out the lil hi-cupp with in 5 minutes. For the first time I can say I enjoyed a spur in Cape Town and I will of course go back there anytime with my family as it was really a pleasurable experience. Lorenzo and Bradley both needs a salary increase or incentive for going above and beyond the satisfactory service. Please inform the store owner and area manager about my experience and they deserve tokens of appreciation.
