I'll treatment
I walked into Spur just at 19h00 on the 9 May only to find a group of people waiting to be placed at a table. The group was big and the branch was also busy. As I walk in the two ladies who happen to be supervisors were concentrating on the computer. I didn't disturb as I thought we will soon get our turn. A minute later a white couple walked in and Gugu left what she is doing to give them attention.

After asking the couple how many they are, the man rep**** and I interjected telling her what happened to first come first serve policy? She gave me an attitude and ask how many we are. I gave a response and was immediately given a table.

Thinking that while we have settled down, she will have the decency of coming to apologize later. Little did I know that, this is a night I will never forget. She made sure she spoil my night by:
a) walking pass my table with this big smile for white peoples.
b) cleaning tables around me hoping to get my attention.
c) waiting for me at the door to see me out.

I have been with Spur for the 15yrs and have seen employees come and go. I never expected such a treatment. Well if this a new policy, we should be told to avoid such embarrassing moments
