I know Mondays are busy but your service doesnt need to be so bad

<p>So last night for the first time in ages we decided to go to spur in stellenbosch. Firstly we were seated and just left there we had to call a waiter because no one came to serve us.</p> <p>Then we placed our orders and my sister and my burger was supposed to be without garnish and both came with garnish we then asked them nicely to please fix it and they only took off the garnish because the traces of it being on the burgers was still there but my sister had to wait 20mins for her burger to come back and it was ice cold. we were so hungry and not in the mood to put on a scene or complain. The owner or manager was to busy scolding his staff infront of customers which was very unprofessional. Then lastly i never even got onion rings in my plate and according to me all burgers come with onion rings i took some from my sister. i would just like to express my disgust in this bad experience of which we would of complained of at the time however we waited 23mins for our bill and we got takeaway holders without a bag and had to struggle with our babies and carrying boxes which they didnt even give us a packet for.</p>
