Disappointed Spur Ruimsig!!!!<br> My baby is having her 2nd Birthday at Ruimsig Spur, in Roodepoort. The party is on the 14th of May 2016, on the 11the of March, I contacted spur, which they told me I must make a reservation 4 weeks prior to the party. Ruimsig spur is always busy, so I decided not to wait that long, and insisted to make a booking. The receptionist said that the party planner will contact me at 2PM as she only starts that time. I was never contacted, <br> On the 14th of March I contacted Spur Ruimsig AGAIN, and I told them I need to make a booking for my baby's birthday the 14th Of May 2016. The receptionist took down all my details, and confirmed that everything was booked for 15 children, and she still asked me if I wanted snacks or a cake? She said I will be contacted closer to the date to confirm my booking.<br> Yesterday the 18th of April I phoned 3 times before they even answered the telephone, and I spoke to a lady Rose, who then told me I HAVE NO BOOKING??? All my invites went out and 15 children with 25 adults confirmed.<br> Come on Spur, how do I know now for sure that I will have a booking for this party? Must I come there and make sure my name is in the b
