HYGIENE/General comment
We went to Birchwood Spur in boksburg we order orange juice they diluted it with ice with out asking if we want ice ?? While we waiting for our food they busy dusting the canopy where they do the cooking (healthy hazard). We talk to the manager he just want to replace the orange juice as far as the dusting he didn't't care . They definitely not see us again .....the best spur to go to is santo cruz benoni we just walk in and they know our order.....

Ideally the cleaning of the canopy should be done when there are no customers in the store which will prevent any dust from annoying our customers.
