Hunger Busta - Ruined my appetite

Hi,<br> <br> I went to your restaurant at Spur in Meyerton last night and ordered a take away ( Chedda Melt steak 300g, Crumbed Mushrooms, Full Portion Buffalo Wings and a Hunga Busta Burger) I must commend you on the steak, mushrooms and wings they were amazing. But my disappointment arose upon taking my first bite of the hunga busta burger.<br> <br> To the eye it looked appealing, neatly stacked and presented. But eating it was so disgusting! the patties were so over cooked that they were hard (practically burnt) I couldn't eat past one pattie cause it ended up shredding my tongue from how hard it was. Sad to say I didn't finish me take away at home and ended up feeding it to my dog as it ruined my appetite and I was in to much pain to eat anything else. The pattie was not juicy, it was black around the edges and when you break it apart instead of it being a lovely welcoming brown it was almost grey from how over cooked it was.<br> <br> I have always enjoyed spur but if this is how your standards have dropped, I will be keeping my entire family from eating there. (they are loyal supporters) but they deserve better food quality.<br> <br> Thanks
