Humiliating service from the Spur
I posted a complaint on Monday regarding the humiliating service I received from the management at the Spur in Grand West.<br> <br> They were quick to post that they would resolve the matter, unfortunately nothing has been forthcoming. Promises were made that they would look into the matter. I had requested that they look back on their CCTV footage, which they had agreed to do. They promised that they would get back to me by Wednesday, but nobody has bothered.
