Human feces on floors

<p>My family patronized the Augusta spur at gateway mall in Durban. When I visited the male toilets. I found it to be in an appalling state. There was human feces on the floor, and the urinals were clogged and overflowing. I was left nauseous and feeling physically ill. I reported to mangers and even called the customer line from the restaurant. The toilet is less than a meter from the kitchen entrance!!!!! The place should be shut down by the health department.</p>
