How long does an order take?

I am currently at Sarasota Spur (Braamfontein), I placed a telephonic order over an hour ago and the order is was still not ready. An order that was supposed to take 16-20 minutes is was not ready an hour+ later. Time order was placed 16:25, order was done at 18:00. To say I am angry is an understatement.
