Hour Wasted

On Sunday 10:25 myself and my wife were in the line at Abenaki Spur Promenade. We were the first people in the line with lots more people behind us. Spur had multiple seats available however no came to seat any of us. Eventually someone came along because we asked if we could be seated and it was 10:40. We were seated and after being seated for about 15 minutes we then had to ask if someone could take our order. Mike came to our table and asked if we were not helped yet and we said no and he explained he does not work in the smokers area however he will take our order and give it to the waiter that should be at our table. The waiter eventually came and never gave his name, all he asked was "were you helped" we responded by saying "Mike took our order and gave it to you" his response was "okay" and then he stood by the entrance. Mike returned and asked if our waiter came and we told him what was said and he once again went to our waiter who was now seating people on the other side and at that time it was 10:15. At 10:30 we decided to get up and let the manager know whats been happening and why it is that we are leaving. She begged us not to complain on Hello Peter and promised to give us a call on Tuesday 26.12.2017 at 07:00 as she stated she starts that time and its the perfect time to call. Up until this very minute we have received no call.

Two Lattes + two unreal breakfast took us just over an hour and still we've received no beverage nor food.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
