Hospital Bill

Spur The Grove My grandma and my 4 year old daughter went to spur the Grove in Pretoria Lynnwood and my grandma ordered macaroni and cheese for my daughter and she got a fright of her life. The meal had small broken glasses and she discovered this when my daughter chewed the bottles and she heard the crunchy sound and asked her to spit it out. But she had already had three bites. She called the waitress and showed her the bottles and the manager but no one knew where they came from. It was on Saturday so on Sunday she became sick started vomiting non stop, I took her to the hospital and I notified the manager and they said they will take care of the bill but when I went back with the bill she said I must monitor her first before they can pay because they are not sure if she got sick because of the bottles. That was in the beginning of November till this day nothing has been done.
