HORROR SERVICE @ Golden Feather Spur Steak Ranch

So yesterday we visited Golden Feather Spur Steak Ranch - might I just say how disappointing I am in this organisation...A total mess!!!We got a table of four and our waiter took our drinks orders and then our meals. My husband order a Double Original Spur burger and I had the Cheddamelt Schnitzel...when we both got our orders. They both looked so black like charcoal and smelled like they where fried in old oil. So we sent these back...the waiter informed that that he will report the incident. My husband then had a sip of his Mango juices that he has order...AGAIN dish washing water. We sent this back for tasting. When the kitchen manager tasted this his face also turned color not noticing we where watching him, he went to back to get another bottle of juice and then tasted that one. He then came to us not even apologies he says..."I do not know why you complained but this juice tastes the way it has always tasted" I then rep**** and said to him, this is not the first time I have been to a Spur. The juice we are served every time is thick and does not taste like diluted juice. I asked him if he would leave home and then visit an establishment to pay that horrible juice he just gave to husband he said not. He did not even apologize for the level of service nothing! The front of house manager did not seem to give damn as he was so casual about everything so I told the waiter I refuse to pay for the meals and I will not eat them! This branch has has been by far the most"neglected, horrible service and a ****** business run restaurant" of all the Spurs I have been to!!! I can't believe that you would like such people run a business. I feel sorry for anyone that works their as you can tell that management does not know what they are doing either. I regret going there is has spoiled our night and we even lost our appetite.
