HORROR SERVICE!!!

The worse experience I've had at East Rand mall Silver Peak Spur. Saturday afternoon around 17:00 I got sited with my 2 babies. We had no waiter attending to us for 15min no one came to our table. 15mim after a waitress came and took our order. 10 min later She came with cutlery and tomato source and left. Kids went to play kept coming back to check on their food dololo. 😒 finally their kids birthday burger & fries came after a good 20 min 🍔🍟 I open cuttlery to assist my kids only to find dirty knives and forks. 😫😫😫 I sat there waiting for my hake for a good 30min - 45 min later no one is checking up on my table that about an hour later still waiting for hake and chips🫩🫩🫩 I see a gentleman, called him tell him that I'm not being attended my waitress is AWOL kids a long done with their food still I'm waiting. He goes check, he comes back and tell me hake is still on the grill but its coming. 1:30 min later you telling me its still on the grill. Was very ****ed at that time. My kids are still waiting for their ice cream and party packs. I then asked the gentleman man which I think is the manager to please cancel my hake its 18:30 I need to leave now. He ask to pack it as a take away i sit there for a good 10min still nothing. Stood up and headed to the door to pay. Manager did apologies but honestly unacceptable. I paid for my kids party meals which they never got their ice cream my daughter was so sad because it was her birthday and we received the worse service. I proceeded paying for ice cream they did not get. Lady came with their party packs drops them at the front desk and just left them there. No apology nothing what so ever. Really annoyed and ****ed with a pounding headache highly disappointment kids. My daughter chose spur for her birthday lunch but what she received was a horror service.
