Horrific service
I just received the most horrific service from the Spur in Plattekloof village. Sat an entire hour waiting for food and watched people who walked in after me receive their orders while I got fed excuse after excuse. It is unacceptable and as someone who works in customer service I was horrified at how the entire situation was handled. I watched customers walk out and I was one of them! Disgusting:( Hire competent staff and cooks!
