HORRIFIC MANNERISMS RECEIVED FROM HOSTESS SHARON

I visited the restuarant on the 24th of Jan at approximately 16.00 at the Mall of the South. We were met with the hostess by the name of Sharon. I am utterly disgusted by Sharon's way of speaking. The reason I say this is that my father walked in and she rudely told him, "excuse me, you cannot enter without sanitizing your hands and I cannot let you in without taking your tempreture". I was highly appalled by her rudeness and way of speaking to us as a family. When taking my temperature she asked me to "stand still"..I have a lot of patience and she must be lucky I'm not one of those hot headed consumers who would've knocked her block. I managed to spot the manager Lymon who told her that my family and I are "literally furniture" here and that we need to be treated well. Further to seating us, she literally screamed "Huh" when I asked her if she was going to be waitressing the table. This woman is extremely rude and needs to be trained much like the other waitresses. I must say that our waiter Sam was excellent and hes going to go far with his attitude and great customer service. Well done Sam. You really left us with a smile on our face.
