Horrific

We went there for breakfast. My son found hair in his food, immediately I felt nauseous and couldn’t eat anymore.We reported the incident to the hostess who immediately dismissed us by saying it was mushrooms hair. She offered to redo his food and my son agreed to that, she then came back to offer soft drinks. My son requested coke, we waited and waited for way too long with no one saying anything. We decided to leave and have our breakfast at Mugg&Bean opposite Spur. We went to a hostess that was at the door informed her that we were leaving hoping she would change our mind,here body language spoke volumes, her response was OK! Later that day my 78years old mom wanted to have Spur and I took her to the same Spur and I had not told her of what transpired in the morning. The same hostess that attended to us in morning for breakfast came to our table to confront me about the bill that is still open for breakfast. She was so loud that her intentions was to embarrass us in front of everyone. I asked to call her manager i then decided to follow her. I met her manager which I introduced myself and asked him if I can state my case. He understood where I was coming from and apologised and asked me to continue with our super. I told him I wont order anything, I will just wait for my mom to eat we will then leave. I made a promise that I will never set my foot there and I mean it😡
