Horrible Treatment at Spur Maponya Mall

I was at Spur Steak Ranches MAPONYA MALL at 7h30am with my son this morning. They open at 8h00am so we waited outside. I greeted the waitress and she advised me that they open that time, I said we will wait outside no problem. After 8 we stand at the door, no-one comes out to seat us, and she sees us there. Eventually sitting down she never took our drinks order bt proceeded to help the new patrons coming in. Placed my order, including cofee and coke at 08h10. I see her taking everyone who came before us drinks, I asked her to please bring the coffee while we were waiting for 30min already. When everyone in the restuarant had their food and drinks, we sit there like we are not important until 8h45, still no food. I am disgusted that she ran to assist men instead of us who were sitting there first. Is is very discriminatory. I asked for the bill, the manager came over and I asked that we pay for the coffee, they can leave the food, the waitor had an attitude, the manager came over to us and apologized. This is unacceptable especially during the festive season as well.
