Horrible Spur

Went to Spur in Kenilworth center decided to have something to eat while waiting for my daughter to finish at a party. Waiter was very friendly on arrival. The food took forever to come, my meal was cold. I had ordered a Mac and cheese for my son it was disgustingly cold. Compared to the Mac and cheese we ordered at muizenberg Spur it was horrible. I told the waiter I have a R50 voucher. I waited for her for 20mins she disappeared, I couldn't see her. I asked for the bill when she eventually came I reminded her about the voucher I said I would pay infront she insisted she would do the bill at the nearest pc. She comes back without deducting the Spur voucher. She sees that I'm irritated. Before I paid in full she tells me she can't include the voucher now. After I pay she says if you really need the money I can do something. ***?????? Horrible service. I will never go there or recommend anyone to go there.
