Horrible service received at Spur brits

Me and my husband went to Spur in brits, we ordered food and told the lady that was helping us that we are going to run some errands because we had limited time so we can't sit and wait for the food but when we come back we're gonna sit and eat there, there was no problem the lady asked us to pay we did that and I told her once again as I was going out that we're coming back to eat there she even said when we come back she's gonna make a family card for us, everything was fine then we left, when we came back there was another lady at the door then she was taking us to a table when the lady who helped us before appeared, that lady was shouting and she was very very rude, she asked why are we sitting down because she made our food a takeaway and she wasn't talking to us even though we were not far from her, she was very rude about it, we asked to change the waiter and they did that, there was a gentleman who came to apologize to us and they even asked us not to pay for the drinks but our day was ruined by that lady, I don't think I'll be going back any time soon
