Horrible Service in Plumstead Spur

A friend and I went to Spur in Plumstead yesterday and we were shocked at the horrible service provided to us. I ordered fish and after the longest time it arrived with scales on it. When I queried the presentation of the fish with the waitress I was told it comes with scales on it, the Manager agreed to this. They would not allow me to return the fish nor did they offer a replacement, they advised me that the nexttime I orders fish at Spur I must request "no scales or scales".

I have been to SPUR many many times in my life and i have ordered the fish. I have never been treated so nonshallantly, service has never taken so long, specials were not offered to us and the fish was gross. So disapointed...
