Horrible service

On Tuesday was called Spur Columbine to reserve a table for two as it was my wife’s birthday.

To my surprise upon our arrival, nothing was prepared but only two menus on the table.

The table was disorganised, and dirty as if someone was just eating there before us and not cleaned.

To make matter worse, from the food which we ordered, we ordered a starter which were wings, spicy and hot, to my surprise, we did not even get water to wash our hands (What are your standards?)

We asked the waiter about all the experience, however the answer which we got was that this is how we were trained , then I asked her why she just gave other customers the water whom ordered the same as us, how do you expect us to eat wings with our hands and wash them first, and to make it worse she offer that to other customers, if she had told us that she forgot I would understand, but not the response of that is the way they were trained and they do not apply the same principle to everyone.

Your waitress can also do with a smile, we left with bad memories although it was supposed to be a special day for my wife.

I used to consider Spur as a big brand and excellent in services, your waitresses can also do with a smile, it was not a busy day or late, it was around one in the afternoon, so I wouldn’t say they were too tired, and maybe they do not change shift the entire day.

If that is the way you treat your customers, then you have lost one customer, and more to be lost, I hope you know the word of mount.
