Horrible Service

It was really packed and after telling a manager twice we hadn't been served and waiting over 20 minutes, we were attended to ,the guy even bought the wrong bill to us. After everything we went to take our trolley only realised when we outside that our trolley and all clothing plastic were spilled with juice not sure if it was purposely or what I have pictures to prove the juice was the spaletta green one and mango juice my daughters new bags has stained mango juice our clothes are worse at first I thought it's only the plastic that's when I asked the manger I think with a black tshirt to borrow me that cloth as I was outside the store when I got home everything was ruined and found 2 glasses long and short they both had mango juice nd the green juice inside.I really need a footage of this worse the trolley was found in the kitchen.When we asked about it some lady even said oh the shoprite trolley.So my worry is myb we were victimised as we have complained last month that's why they did this to us I also felt it when we got to the restaurant that no one really wanted to attend to us .Was so disappointed even after I complained the waitress told me they not allowed to apologise after a complained when I asked the manager if she's not gonna say a sorry at least she then came to me after a while to tell me the same thing I told the manager that she doesnt have pride I think she wanted to be spiteful cz really there was no need to tell me that as I sence the manager told her exactly what I said which I think its unprofessional she should have just adressed her professionally not mention each and every word I said to her clearly she also needs managerial skills. It was my second time going there as I have promised myself not go but my daughter love the playarea so seeing that we were at the mall I had to go for the sake of my daughter.But I'm shocked at what they have done to my groceries I really need to take this up to the ombudsmen if possible cz I still have the plastics and ruined clothes with me if they need any prove and also the glasses we never even ordered mango juice.Rhe plastic are still sticky and clothes are still messed now I have to buy vanish incase the stain is not removable I feel now I have to spend more mo at on soap for someone's who is very spiteful.I need a footage cause we all need to know what really happened as our trolley was found inside the kitchen I feel as if they were using the trolley as a bin or something.I'm disgusted by the service at Jabulani they should learn from Southgate and Maponya Mall.
