HORRIBLE SERVICE AT TOPEKA SPUR IN KENILWORTH CENTRE

I was so disappointed with the service my friends and I received at Topeka Spur. Everything started off nice and all. Our waiters name was Phakam i think, she asked us to address her as PK. She first told us that there isnt strawberry daiquiris and let is order new things then when it was time to get our drinks she came with strawberry daiquiris after telling is they out of stock. my friend ordered a regular passion cordial and on the slip they billed is for a large. Our chips were white and still tasted a bit raw but we all just kept quiet because we didnt want to address anything. keep in mind we halfway through eating and still we received no drinks. we received the drinks when we were finish with our meals which is so disappointing because we all choking on our food and have nothing to drink. We kept trying to talk to the waiter but everytime she says “yes okay” then walks away, it was so hard to actually get her to stop and listen. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. when it came to the bill our bill came to R1280 altogether. we obviously had to sort out who is paying what amount and calculate. We tipped her R41 because the service was absolutely horrible, we got our drinks late and there was an error on the slip and she still had the nerve to tell us “really guys, a R40”. we were all in such shock we just said “thank you” and we got up and left. We walked past the manager talking about the matter, she saw how upset we were but still just looked at us without even asking what happened because she got hear our entire conversation.

THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.
