Horrible service at the Grahamstown Spur

The service at your Grahamstown branch is bad!You wait more than 20 min before your order is taken and then close to an hour for the food. Your drinks are flat by the time they are serviced. Dirty plates are left at the table and the Manager does not even check on patrons. The place is dirty and staff untidy. Do better please.
