Horrible service at Spur

We went to have supper at spur north gate and it was bad.. it was my daughter's birthday...we decided to have supper there.. we ordered and then they told us there pilot system is down we cannot use the vouchers and I had 3 I told her one is expring 30th the manager herself Sharon said oh there is nothing we can do. They promised to bring a ice cream for my daughter never happened.. I lost the vouchers coz they didn't even bother to take It down and process wen system was on. They food was not up to std at all spur is loosing their touch.
