horrible service at King Shaka Int Spur

I am currently at the spur at king shaka airport. I got here waited 5 minutes to be seated while the staff walked pass me looked and continued on then eventually someone asked if I'd been helped then I got seated then it took 20 minutes to get service only because I asked what it takes to get service here then they took my order and got it wrong and eventually got it right and got my order served cold. Horrible service for the people receiving kzn's holiday makers and tourists.
