Horrible Service

<p>Saturday 11-02-2017 took my daughter to spur as it was her birthday, as we were seated the table was still dirty and sticky and the menus was just put over the mess to cover it up, after waiting for 10 min the waiter came i had to ask him to clean the table he called someone to come and clean. After taking our drinks order i told him we are waiting for someone else to join us and that its my daughters birthday could they come and sing for her he left came back after another 10 min with our drinks, after that we never saw him again not once asking do we want anything else and my daughter wanted to order her food so long only 6 years old. After sitting there for an hour the person we waited for arrived and still no waiter i told my dauhgter we are leaving and will pay for the milkshake we ordered go somewhere else. Then the waiter came with the excuse that i said im waiting for someone else thats why he never came to ask again. He went to his manager then came back and said in a very rude way "you can go" i then called the manager and asked him how do they treat customers also saying and he is the manager but i said im wating on someone does that justify everyting i can be waiting for 10 people its your duty as manager or waiter to see to the needs of the customers i wanted to order a starter while waiting maybe have another cooldrink this is just the worse service from a spur ever will never ever sit foot there again we went to panarottis where the service is excellent.</p>
