Horrible Service

<p>We always go to spur with my work colleuges need it be for breakfast or lunch and we spend no less than R300, Peak and off peak hours and mostly recieve great service from our waiters. This was not the case today, we got in got seated at our table, our waitress disappeared before putting the placemat and offering us a drinks order. This was lousy service at its best. She then decided to come back we ordered drinks, i specifically asked for a glass of ice and slices of lemon, which she had to go back to the kitchen and fetch. Placed our meal order took ages we asked for tobasco and tomato souce she only came with tobasco, also asked for a refill on our drinks and only one drink was given to us. for 2 hour we sat there not even once did she (Grace) come to check on us if all is worst...The other okes who were sitting next to us got all the service. I need to know if its colour or what, I'm 'totally disgusted of such a service...I don't think i will ever set foot there ever again. Will deffinately tell family and frinds and spread the word about my experiences @Spur westgate today.</p>
