Horrible service
I have been to this Spur a few times and not once have I received good service. The first time the food was cold and when we asked for only chips they brought us both chips and onion rings, the second time the same happened. The third time we went there our drinks order was completely wrong, and our food was again cold. The last time we asked for a medium to rare steak and its was definitely not medium to rare it was rare, The waitress forgot our drinks and then we had to order again. It was 10 to nine on a Wednesday night and we got negative attitude because we came in late. 3 of the 4 times I actually complained to the manager and she said \sorry"How many times are you going to say sorry? I know I am done with that spur and I will encourage my friends to do the same. """
