Horrible service

We have never received such bad service @ a restaurant,went to spur with my family and we decided to order their current special which we were told we can't share,the waitress by the name of Ziyanda decided she can't help us and she would get another waiter to help us.we waited and waited but no new waiter came,we had to call another waiter for ourself by the name of Bhuti who came to our table and we had decided not to share so we ordered 1 special for 1 person which was starters and a main meal.Bhuti took our orders and he came back with our drinks and the starter..:we waited an hour for our main meal which never arrived.We then decided that since no one was willing to help us it's better we leave.We went to the counter with a plate with wings as we wanted a take away container for the wings which we then got,our waiter showed up when we were leaving and he offered to put the main meal in a container as well as the hot chocolate that we were still waiting for,we declined as the point of us going there was to eat there.The manager did not even bother to apologise or ask what the problem was.Please improve the service the service to customers
