Horrible Ribs sold at Little Eagle Spur - New Market Alberton

I purchased x2 400g Rib meals and the meat was awful. The meat is hard, lacking marinade, lacking tenderness and terribly looked stale from the way I had to chew. This was supposed to be my dinner together with my pregnant wife however turned into a nightmare seeing my wife visit the bathroom a couple of times because she was puking all that horrible unfinished meat. Both meals were terrible and I'm disappointed by Little Eagle Spur at New Market Alberton as this is my very first complaint ever against any spur franchise. I left bits of meat to show as a sample of the terrible meat we had to continue chewing hopelessly trying to find tender spots which were non existent.
