Horrible Port Elizabeth Spur Steak Ranch Branches

I had paid Spur in Boardwalk in Port Elizabeth a couple of weeks ago. We received ********** service. I reviewed them on Google and eventually they called me to apologize. Ok so let's move on. This past Sunday we head to the Baywest Mall Spur after a long day of entertaining my kids. Our waitress was pretty cool. But the lady with the temp gun had me almost screaming at her when I had to ask her to screen my daughter correctly and she outright ignored me. Don't get me started on the waiting time to be served.

I go to Spur because my children love it. If that were not the case, I would have taken them elsewhere ages ago.

It is clear that training is not the issue. The issue here seems to be the fact that anyone who applies for a job makes the cut. As someone who has worked in retail and hospitality not so long ago - I don't understand the major incompetence. Such a shame! You have the best vegan burgers and the kids love your play station but the service is awful. Or is this just a case of your Port Elizabeth franchises just not fami**** with customer service? I recently moved here and I have not had issues at any other Spur before.
