Horrible play area attendants and hidden rules

Horrible experience at Clear waters spur in Amanzimtoti. There play attendants are rude. They have a tiny sign literally behind a door saying toddlers over 2 years can play. After my child has been up and down the slide over 5x they then come and tell me I can't so I must rip my happy child away. Not the family place it used to be and I spent so much money there
