Horrible food from Spur Harties

Spur Harties On Father’s Day we decided to take my husband to the spur in Hartebee****rt, our meals included chips and onions rings, to our surprise the onions rings where not brown like how they normally are, and we thought cause we haven’t been there in a while they had changed how they make them, we didn’t eat our onion rings as they where undercooked, not sure what’s happening there these days. I ordered 2 burger meals on Friday morning @ 9:30 and I was told the order will be ready in 15-20 min for pick up, I got to spur to pick up the food after 30 min, and it looked like who ever took the order never placed the Order. So we had to wait another 15 min, wen the food was finally ready. We opened the food in the car(~1min after picking up the food) the chips were cold cold cold, and stale. They looked like they were from the day before. The burger meals only included chips but no onion rings. The order had both chips and onion rings. I decided to give them a call then to inform them about the onion rings and the cold and stale chips. I spoke to the manager At 10:20, he apologised and asked for my home address so they can deliver the chips. I ate the burger only whilst waiting for the chips to be delivered at home. The patty was burnt, I was really disappointed as I have never seen anything like this before from this spur. we waited the whole day for the chips and they never delivered the chips as promised. Today I decided to give them another chance, I ordered burger and chips again( delivery)the patty is chewy and no sauce, and it is so horrible there is no taste, and it’s very dry, the chips are very cold, and they didn’t send any sauce. I’m really disappointed I’m not gonna lie. This was the last time I had ordered from spur Hartbee****rt.
