Horrible Food and Horrible Service!!! DISAPPOINTED

First of all - Who ever this new owner is at Spur Vredendal - Thanx for Ruining one of the Good Eating places in Vredendal. I have been eating at Spur since i moved from Cape Town (6 years ago), I have always had a pleasant experience but since these people have taken over for what i believe has been a few months. The Customer Service has Dropped Rapidly. Tonight i was told when my meal arrived that they dont have the sauce that My Son and I ordered. When i eventually gave in as i was Starving, My Meal was Cold. The owners Brother, i understand was sent to our table after asking for a Manager. This guy didnt seem to want to listen to our complaint and had a cheek to ask if he should re-heat my meal. He scold at the Poor Waiter who was the only one serving in that Section. 3 Staff Members on Duty serving a restaurant full of People. Pathetic Excuse for a Restaurant.
