Horrible food and bad experience

My family and I enjoy celebrate or having dinner at Spur but it has left a bad taste in mouth lately for the 2nd time. I enjoyed going to Greenstone and Mall of Africa as the service is excellent and the food taste good. I recently have moved to Kempton Park and the first bad experience I got was at Spur Norkem which we order before collecting but my husband had to wait longer and the order was not captured correctly and the food was not as delicious. Recently I went to the Spur at Festival Mall and it was the worst of them all. When I spoke to the lady about the kids free drink of the card said its no longer accepted but should link it to my family card, when I asked for her assistance she just said download the app and never provided me with more details. The worst part is that it was not that busy but our food took longer. We always order the Worrier combo and my husbands chicken was burnt on the outside and our lamb was not well done but half done that we had to recook it when we get home. I am really disappointed coz now I don't see myself going to any of those restaurants ever again.
