Horrible experience spur observatory st peters square

Appalling experience at spur observatory. We had a birthday party booked weeks in advance at this branch for 2pm 11th of june 2022 for 2pm. At 14h20 the staff were stil busy cleaning and preparing the tables for the kids and adults when the party was suppose to start at 2pm.we booked in advance to avoid this inconvenience and yet it stil happend.we had one waiter attending to 17kids and 15adults! Only ONE waiter.the staff were not friendly at all and the service was terrible.and to top it all the party hats for the kids were suppose to he handed to the kids on arrival but the waiter arrived with the hats when half of the kids already gone home!i had a terrible experience and would not recommend anybody to have a party at this branch.i have been to other spur branches and the staff were great but this branch spur observatory st peters square was the worst!they did not even sing for the birthday boy and he was looking forward to it.
