HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT SPUR GATEWAY
Spur Augusta - WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It is my daughter’s 9th birthday and we requested that they put our cake in the fridge. But the way they handled the situation was RUDE! The Manager there was RUDE! What a horrible experience! I would not recommend ANYONE who wish to celebrate their birthday to go to that SPUR in GATEWAY! So much for being a FAMILY RESTAURANT!!! Our waiter on the other hand was AMAZING, his service was 100% & he tried to accommodate us as best as we could.

18 Oct 2025, 13:50They REFUSED to put our cake in the fridge saying that it was not allowed anymore. The whole point of us being there was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday but sadly we couldn’t even cut the cake! Last year they put our cake in the fridge and now they are refusing! The level of rudeness from their Manager at Spur Gateway is appalling !!!
