HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT REDWOOD SPUR

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT REDWOOD SPUR. The cleaning lady mopped up something behind our table and made the pathway wet. My wife came back with our 2 year old in her arms and slipped and fell.

None of the staff tried to help or apologize. The staff rather came and put that wet sign next to my wife as we tried to pick her and my daughter up. They all disappeared from the scene. Terrible of them to just do that and even our waiter, who saw everything was just gone. No Spur staff in sight.

The manager was called and apologized but that was it while we sat and my daughter was crying in shock and my wife in pain.
