Horrible experience at East Gate mall spur.

I received the worst experience at the Spur Eastgate mall shopping center. I did not even received wet wipes to wipe our hands before we eat. The waiter did not even have time for us, the manager did not come to our table to ask us about the experience, I had to asked a fork and knife as the waiter did not bring it with the food. Very horrible experience . They actually did not serve the goal and mission of spur. Horrible experience .
