Horrible Experience

I'd like to share my horrible experience at one of your franchise dinners namely Mountain Cove Spur, in Durban located in the Newlands West area. The experience started with a warm welcome by a host who queued us to our table and as per your service agreement we did get introduced to our waitron Mbali and within less than 3 mins our drinks were served, and followed by our order being promptly placed where I ordered from the menu a Cheesy garlic prawn steak, medium rare rump steak on a skillet served with a baked potato with sour cream and onion rings, to my dissatisfaction I was informed that skillets were not used anymore, we'll I guess that was fine then, also told there were no baked potatoes, then I settled for chips instead, again the food got to the table in time. To my surprise the presentation of the food was appealing, first glance was the hideous sauce which was not even a Sauce but clearly 3 microwaved prawns slapped with slices of cheddar cheese on top of a sirloin steak which I had not ordered as I had opted for a rump steak. In the mist of my frustration of such disappointment, I asked the waitron to inform the kitchen but the griller insisted that it was a rump steak, while I was sitting in my table could hear the disagreement but not even an appearance of the manager on the floor.
