Horrible experience

I recently went to spur silver creek in Durbanville. My food came after some time,burnt, i asked to pay my bill and waited for 15minutes and decided to go to the cashier myself,while the lady who was serving me was busy with other customers,the cashier asked for my number to add loyalty points,and she said she will add it later on as they are offline,till this day i have not seen that transaction. And please dont call me to justify anything
