Horrible customer service from Laaiqah at Spur Metlife Plaza Port Elizabeth

My birthday was 30th July, my husband and I planned on going out for a proper romantic dinner but at the last minute changed our mind and decided to go to Spur at Metlife plaza in Port Elizabeth instead. We just wanted to be comfortable and have a nice quiet evening close to home. Going to that Spur was the biggest mistake, in the middle of our meal,20 minutes before closing time, a very young girl kept walking past our table hinting that it would be closing time soon. I knew good and well that the restaurant closes at 9pm, therefore i had every intention of leaving by closing time because i don't like holding people up from getting home. Laaiqah (The girl who walked around making all the unnecessary comments ) further stood next to our table shouting at her colleague asking what time the restaurant is closing, looking at me, and then looking at the computer screen to check the time. i felt so uncomfortable i struggled to finish my meal.

I asked for her name and the staff all were afraid to give me her name, she was probably related to the owner which is why everyone was afraid.

Then the branch senior insisted that i speak to him, i told him how i disgusted was and that this Laaiqah child needs to be taught what customer service is.

I won't return to that Spur again. Very very unprofessional and very poor customer service.
