Horrible customer service at Spur streak ranches

Mescalero Spur at Mams mall, does not carry the true legacy of spur. We received terrible service at Mescalero Spur on two occasions on the same month. The first it was my son's birthday and we kindly request for the team to sing for him. Unfortunately only one employee came to sing, we expressed our disappointment because this is not what Spur does. We were given vouchers by the branch at mams mall to return once more and receive good service. We got there for the second time a week later, got nice food and asked for the bill. We mentioned we were gonna use the vouchers as payment. The waiter called the manager for a reason we did not understand nor did she explain the reason.

The manager by the name of Sello approach and asked how we got the vouchers, we explained about our previous disappointment. The manager showed a nasty expression on his face and left the table, we waited for 45 minutes, no explanation, no feedback, ignored by all waiters at the branch. As customers we had to stand from our table and approach someone for assistance.

I am deeply disappointed by Spur and will not be setting my foot in any branch. The slogan is just for show and does not uphold its decency when needed It's clear that the company does not care about customers
