I am utterly disappointed in the service my family and myself received at Minnesota Spur in Mossel Bay. From having the waitress bring our drinks after an hour of sitting, and having her excuse herself by saying that she was tending to other tables first (I understand how waitressing works, I’ve been one myself). To having her bring my kids food and then not returning with mine and my partners food due to another waiter allegedly taking our exact order for their own table. In addition to the long wait and having my son not eat because he wanted to wait for our food to arrive, an uncooked steak was brought to the table when a well done steak was requested. A spur outing is a rare occasion and this entire experience was just completely out of order and utterly disappointing. Please think twice about having *********** staff on the sales floor.
