Highveld Mall Spur is the worst

Highveld Mall Spur is the worst, upon placing my drinks order which was a John Lee Special with fresh lime juice i ordered a starter, hot nachos and then a steak and chips as the main, firstly the order was wrong I called the waiter to rectify the drink order he then called the manager on duty which brought a sliced lime to my table so i can sqeeuze it myself which I find unprofessional, my nacho order was not right either I ordered the hot nachos and received normal nachos which was not what I ordered, my steak was rare and I wanted it well done my chips was cold after I was told by the waiter they are waiting for fresh chips to be made, the whole experience was not great, the manager was called again to bring this under his attention, but all he did was bring me a plate of warm chips, upon receiving my bill I told the manager I was not pleased with the service received. I went back later that week and again the same issues still, this not an place to go eat, bad service and no respect for their customers whatsoever.
