Highly Dissapointed

So the other day I went to Spur in Cascades with my partner.After a while of not being to Cascades I was impressed with all the improvements. We chose a table that we thought would be private and to our dismay it was close to where the staff has their lunch( im not against this at all). Our nightmare began the moment we sat down, some.of the staff members started arguing about who was meant to wash dishes and in the background of all of this some of the other draft members were exchanging money and chatting one would assume it was some sort of stokvel meeting. With all of this going on we had to contend with the birthday song being played over their sound system at blast. I swear I couldn't even hear myself breathing. This was followed by one of the staff members making a noise as she was transferring the cutlery to a tray or something.

Needless to say a day after posting my review, I was called by a Manager by the name of Michael who apologised and promised that after looking at the footage he was going to come back to me. I'm still waiting. I don't see myself or my family for that matter ever going to that Spur ever again at some point this thing of establishments having to apologise but with no action or consequence needs to come to an end.
