highly disappointed !

<p>I was very shocked by the pathetic service I got from a waiter yesterday at Strand Spur . After sitting for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged we placed an order , when it finally came after another half an hour it was wrong then we had to wait again for more or less 15 minutes . After we had our meal I requested the bill included the card machine . And guess wot.......the waiter came without it and claimed that he did not hear me requesting anything , and so the waiting continued. I then got up and moved to the pay desk and asked for the name of the waiter at the same time pointing as to where he was standing at the time and the till operator ignored me . I would've understood if they were busy but my kids and I went between 15:00 and 16:00 . I did not get the names of the 2 individuals mentioned cause they had no name badges reflecting . A simple apology would've been appreciated however it seemed to much to expect . #unprofessional #disgusted #unacceptable</p>
