have to wait a year?????
I got a secret tribe card for my son in mid Feb this year his birthday was the second of September so now sitting at the spur and want to use his voucher I get told I have to have the card a year before I get the voucher, really? Why don't you put that on your terms.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention and raising your concerns with us. The information that was provided to you is definitely incorrect. In order to be eligible for a birthday meal voucher, you needed to have registered the secret tribe card at least 1 month before the birthday. However the only time that you would need to wait until the next year or birthday is when the card was registered after the child's birthday. Someone from customer care will give you a call to get the card number so that we can look into this and determine whether the secret tribe member was/is eligible for a voucher.
