Hard and awkward taste food

Food was cold and dry. Ordered wings n ribs, ribs had an awkward taste. Spicy wings was like im eating a biltong. I was so shocked im it at spur. Its so unlike spur restaurant I ate in.spur at Vincent mall in east london.
